The pair, who are currently single and signed to the same management, were seen arriving in a car together before heading into the Japanese eatery.

A source from the restaurant tells MailOnline, "They were both at a dinner organized by a member of their management team. There was a group of artists and staff from Turn First at the get together. There is nothing going on between Rita and Zayn."

Their meeting only sparked further rumors they were heading into an affair. During a fun chat on Capital FM, Rita was asked about what she thinks of Zayn. She went silent, not uttering a word for some time. She eventually responded: "Zayn, he's gorgeous, but, I just… That can't happen. We're on the same management team, too close to that. But no, he's great."

In February, the 'Body On Me' singer told John Harlow of the Sunday Time's Style magazine, that her ex boyfriends - Rob Kardashian and DJ Calvin Harrisare not worth writing about in her songs. "I don't think I care enough about them to write a song about them," she said.

In July, Rita split from her boyfriend of a year Ricky Hil in order to focus on her X Factor career. Just a month later, Zayn shocked the world when he split from fiancee Perrie Edwards, reportedly via a text message.
