Singer may reconcile with F1 Champion boyfriend, Lewis Hamilton

Nicole described herself and Lewis Hamilton as ''Kindred Spirits'' while amidst the recent break-up in their seven years relationship. Sources claim they seperated because he did not propose to her.

Following the break-up of Lewis Hamilton and Nicole Scherzinger after seven  years of been together, comments from the former Pussycat Dolls and X-Factor judge suggest that the two may again make-up like they’ve done three times already in the past.

Also for the first time, Nicole’s mother and her grandmother paid her a visit to help her get through the situation.

In between several reasons for the break-up; divergent sources claiming the distance in the relationship and another, him not wanting to marry her: Nicole believes they are meant to be together.

'Nicole was really lifted by her family's visit. It was the first time her grandmother had been to visit her in London, and it couldn't have come at a better time.

'She's been throwing herself into work for the past few weeks and it's been a real tonic. They both care about each other deeply, and really wanted this to work out.'

Another source believes that the two could yet reconcile as they have done in their past break-ups.

'It's been seven years now, and it's always the same reason that splits them up,' the second source said. 'Love always brings them back together.'

Whilst some suggest that they are no more because he didn't propose, Nicole's statements direct toward distance being a barrier

'Every relationship has its things and you work it out. We made it last for four years so far, so it definitely makes things interesting and challenging.

'I wouldn’t wish a long-distance relationship on anyone, Lewis would say the same. But if it’s worth it, you fight for it. We try to see each other as much as possible.'

She however insists that the two are meant to be together, describing them as 'kindred spirits'.

'Trust and communication are key… Me and Lewis are from similar upbringings, so we share a similar outlook. We’re kindred spirits and hearts - that’s what ultimately connects us,' Nicole told British Cosmopolitan Magazine.

'Ultimately, you want to be with someone you can be yourself around. My grandma taught me the person you want to be with isn’t going to be Prince Charming - it’s going to be the person you’re going to be able to work on a relationship with.

'It's always a work in progress, like anything.'
