The 29-year-old glamour model who just released her fitness DVD to reveal her sensational slimming secrets was happy to remind everyone just how much her body had changed. She was beautifully dressed in a bright red bodycon dress which clung to every inch of her newly-svelte shape with smile written all over her face.

The former TOWIE star claimed to have loss four stone in total and attributed her weight loss to new training DVD “Lauren’s OMG! Workout” where she worked with two trainers.

It is reported by MailOnline that during a brief view of the DVD, Lauren gushed: “Oh my God! I needed to lose weight. At my biggest I was huge and I can’t actually believe I was that big now”.

The newly-released DVD topped the pre-order chart before it hit the market. The workout lesson is categorized into different stages of the Novice Workout, Pro and even heavily pregnant ladies workout.
