Readers do not think NBA star deserves to be prosecuted after his near death experience

Odom is now reportedly facing prosecutors who may file cocaine possession charges against him, but if they do, it could be a first for the D.A., which raises some disturbing questions.

Lamar Odom opens eyes

New information revealed that the D.A's office might still be bent on prosecuting NBA star, Lamar Odom, over drug charges after his brush with death in the last few months.

Nye County D.A., Angela Bello says her office is considering filing criminal charges against Lamar, either possession of coke or being under the influence of a controlled substance.

After some research, it has been made quite clear that this has never happened before and that Odom might be a victim of celebrity example in this case.

All these speculations only raise more questions, especially with the fact that Odom is unable to walk, can barely speak and has substantially impaired cognitive function.

Odom at this point, may not even be competent to stand trial before any court of law.

We asked pulse readers if they thought Odom deserved to be prosecuted especially considering his health condition at the moment.

81% voted that Odom should be free of prosecution, while 19% insisted that he deserved to be prosecuted.
