Juju Legend Turns 68 Today!

King of Juju Music, King Sunny Ade is a year older.

King Sunny Ade is a year older today September 22, 2014 as he turns 68.

The Nigerian musician and dancer  has been churning out great music for decades and is an influential force to reckon with in the Nigerian music industry. The Ondo state native whose genre of music is often referred to as the Bob Marley of Africa.

The legendary singer who has been nominated severally for the Grammy awards has released over 100 albums is known to have about five wives. KSA has been on tour to America, United Kingdom, Canada and in 2009 was inducted into the Afropop hall of fame in America.

The juju maestro is also popular for creating the first theme song for Glo Mobile Nigeria.
