Julia Roberts is all for equal pay for every MAN and WOMAN in Hollywood and says Jennifer Lawrence is right!

Julia Roberts is all for equal pay for every MAN and WOMAN in Hollywood.

The 48-year-old actress is standing by Jennifer Lawrence who earlier spoke up on feeling disappointed when she found out she and Amy Adams received the lowest pay-check in 'American Hustle' while actors like Bradley Cooper, Christian Bale had the most part of it.

"I applaud her," Julia told Good Morning America (via People Magazine). "She’s a young, fabulous, talented whippersnapper and I love that she’s stirring things up."

She added, "I mean, she just – she’s so energetic and seems to speak her mind, and I think it’s great. I think it’s great to kind of shake things up. I think it’s great to go, ‘Excuse me. Over here. I know something now and I’m frustrated by it and why is this?’"

Roberts was recently spotted at is wearing Givenchy and Neil Lane jewelry the premiere of her new film 'Secret In Their Eyes' held at the Hammer Museum on Wednesday (November 11) in Westwood, California.

She was joined by her co-stars, Chiwetel Ejiofor and Dean Norris.
