She was born Jackie Appiah Agyemang in Canada before moving back to Ghana with her parents where she pursued her interest as an actress. The 31 year old won Best Actress in a Leading Role at the 2010 Africa Movie Academy Awards.
She posted a photo on Instagram and captioned itexpressing her gratitude for life"Thank you for another magnificent year added to my life. Thank you for the countless blessings I have received throughout the year. Thank you Lord for all the people that remembered me today by sending me cards, gifts and good wishes. Love u all."
The actress has been featured in several movies such as Golden Heart, Forever Young, Perfect Picture, Royal Kidnap and several others. Jackie has made a name for herself as a popular actress and often collaborates with Nollywood stars.
