Star's husband Nick Gordon accused of wanting her inheritance so bad

The police has opened investigation to find out if people fled the scene when Kristina was found face-down in her bathtub on January 31-- and, did her husband want her to die?

While Bobbi Kristina fights for her life at the Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, her husband Nick Gordon and father Bobby Brown are both fighting over her inheritance by her bedside.

Latest reports from the Bobbi camp claims, Nick was turning her against her mother's family and wants all what the late Whitney Houston left behind for her daughter.

Nick has also been accused of threatening the late singer's sister-in-law and other close family members as he tried to get a greater share of Houston's wealth, documents obtained by DailyMail.com exclusively reveals.

This information was revealed after police insists on looking into the possibility that eye-witnesses may have fled the scene after Kristina was found face-down and unconscious in her bathtub on Saturday, January 31.

According to E! News, the Roswell Police Detectives are investigating whether people fled before officers arrived and have been asking local businesses if they saw anything suspicious that morning.

The site claims a nearby bank's employees told detectives they saw nothing but police have requested surveillance footage, to clear all doubts.

Nick is yet to comment on the latest accusations while Bobby Brown insists his daughter and Nick were never legally married.

The veteran R&B singer revealed that early this morning stating Nick will get NOTHING should in case his daughter doesn't make it.

Bobbi was moved to the Emory Hospital where she remains in coma. Doctors maintain it's serious and she could remain in treatment for the rest of her life even if she gets out of coma.
