The heinous crime which was carried out by Islamic fundamentalist group, ISIS attracted a large group of people who gathered at the foot of a multi-storey building, while others clambered on to rooftops to get a better view of the gruesome scene.

The young victim was blindfolded man and then dragged to the roof of the tallest building in the neighbourhood by bearded militants, before being thrown off. The entire episode was filmed by the group who used mobile phones to film as he was being barbarically thrown to his death.

This episode is the latest in a series of similar episodes where the terrorist group gruesomely murders young men suspected of being gay.In December, ISIS released their first images of the barbaric punishment as part of a release that also showed men accused of rape being crucified and left for dead in the centre of Raqqa. Similar images emerged in January and early February of men being thrown from 'the highest point in the city' following accusations of homosexuality.

Also just last week, another young man was thrown off a roof and stoned to death after being accused of homosexuality.
