The anti-graft agency maintains that Nyako used his son, Abdul Azizi, and other top officials of the state government to loot public funds.
EFCC had declared the former governor and his son wanted after they refused to honour the agency’s invitations. Azizi was later arrested in Gombe on February 14 by the Commissions’ operatives.
Nyako had filed a motion ex-parte in which he sought for an interim order of injunction against all the security agencies in Nigeria.
