The Resident Electoral Commissioner in the state, Aniedi Ikoiwak, made this known in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Asaba on Friday, March 27.

"We have so far distributed about two million PVCs but we still have about 200,000 PVCs that are not yet distributed.

"Though distribution has officially stopped, for those who had applied for transfer, they can come forward to collect their PVCs,” he said.
