Former Lagos State Governor, Babatunde Fashola has resumed in his new office as the Minister of Power, Works and Housing.

Fashola is said to have commenced an inquiry into the problems of the power sector and why it has failed all these years.

The minister was assigned the position by President Muhammadu Buhari after being sworn in on November 11, 2015.
Fashola met with officials of the ministry shortly after his inauguration and urged them to work with him in solving the problems on ground.
