Members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Bayelsa State have taken to the streets to protest the cancellation of the governorship elections which held in the Southern Ijaw area of the state.

The demonstration held today, December 9, 2015, with protesters expressing their anger at the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and incumbent Governor, Seriake Dickson via placards.

INEC declared the Southern Ijaw elections inconclusive due to widespread irregularities in the state.
