Suicide bombers kill 8 in multiple attacks on community

According to Premium Times, about 30 others have been confirmed injured on Sunday, June 18, 2017 when the suicide bombers carried out the multiple attacks in the Borno State capital.
It was reported that the attacks occurred at about 10 p.m. with thundering sounds from the blasts echoing into the city as majority Muslim residents began to retire after observing the day’s Ramadan night prayers.
While authorities are yet to issue a statement on the attack, a soldier, who was among those that visited the site shortly after the blasts occurred, reportedly said “about 8 persons were dead and over 30 people got injured.”

The news of the suicide bomb attack is coming after a reported attack on Gumsiri community in Damboa Local Government Area of Borno State.
