NSCDC confirms attack on Agip facility
The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) has confirmed an attack on the Obi Obi Brass Trunk line belonging to Agip ENI in the Niger Delta region.

The confirmation was given by NSCDC commander in Bayelsa State, Desmond Agu to Reuters.
“There was an attack on the Obi Obi Brass Pipeline between 1 and 2 am today Friday,” Agu said.
“There is an oil spill at the scene ...but the place is not on fire,” he added.

The attack has been claimed by new militant group, Niger Delta Avengers.
