The first batch of 120 beneficiaries received their consignments at Mararaba-Jos, a settlement situated on the Kaduna-Zaria Road in Kaduna State.
The Chairperson of the organisation, Rabi Ibrahim, said that the beneficiaries were widows, widowers and indigent persons displaced by insurgents in the North-East.
A breakdown of the beneficiaries showed that 120 people were currently at Rafin Guza, 270 people in Kyauta village, 100 people in Hayin Damani, while 300 people were in Jere/Rijina communities in Kaduna State.

She appealed to various levels of governments to deploy teachers to the NGO's orphanage nursery and primary schools to enable the kids to receive quality education.
The chairperson also urged the Federal Government to deploy members of the National Youth Service Corp to assist the 74 pupils in the schools situated at Mararaba-Jos settlement near Kaduna.
