Rivers state believes in the unity of Nigeria – Wike

Governor Wike also vowed to deal with any group planning to attack residents of River state.

Governor Wike also vowed to deal with any group planning to attack residents of Rivers state.

He said this while playing host to members of the Northern Governors’ Forum (NGF) who paid him a courtesy visit on Monday, September 19, 2017.

Wike also said “I am not against anyone who wants to protest any grievance but, there are channels for such protests.”

The Northern Governors also paid Governor Okezie Ikpeazu of Abia a visit in Government House, Umuahia.

Abia state has recently been the centre of attention following the clampdown of members of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) by the Army.
