Governor to delay honeymoon until after Buhari’s inauguration

The couple, who got married on Friday, May 15, are delaying their honeymoon in order to attend the May 29 inauguration of President-elect, Muhammadu Buhari.

According to reports, Edo State Governor, Adams Oshiomhole and his new wife, Lara will not be going on honeymoon until June.

The couple, who got married on Friday, May 15, are delaying their honeymoon in order to attend the May 29 inauguration of President-elect, Muhammadu Buhari, Punch reports.

A source also reportedly told Punch that Oshiomhole and his new wife might eventually go on honeymoon in Dubai.

“They are still in Nigeria. They will go for their honeymoon maybe in June,” the source said.

Meanwhile, Lara Oshiomhole has already begun First Lady duties as she was pictured handing out prizes to winners at the 10 kilometer Okpekpe Road Race barely 24 hours after her wedding.
