Speaking about

Plantain mosa and the Tatale are both made from mashed over-ripe plantain but they vary in the spices and ingredients used.

Nigerian plantain mosa is a sweet snack similar to Nigerian puffpuff and made from plantain mixed with eggs and flour while tatale is made from garnishing the mashed plantains with hot spices, ginger and pepper.
