Popstar's 'Savage' London pop-up makes its mark on the city
Tiwa Savage turned her pop-up into a party as fans queued to get their hands on her colourful clothes and catch a glimpse of the superstar.
Tiwa Savage took over London with her 'Savage' pop-up which held at Berwick street, Soho in the heart of the city. The event was put together by London-based stylist, Irene Agbotaen who was responsible for Wizkid
Irene Agbontaen is a fashion stylist and designer who created Taller Than Your Average (TTYA) London; an apparel brand offering accessible, modern, functional pieces that are specifically cut for women who are 5’9” or taller. Her label launched in Selfridges in 2013 and has gone on to be stocked Barneys, New York as well as being the first pioneering tall brand to debut on ASOS.com.
Featuring inscribed t-shirts, bandanas, jumpers, hoodies and phone accessories, Tiwa's merchandise looked strikingly similar to Kanye West's from his Ye launch with the bold neon colours and slogans.
Tiwa herself showed up looking casual in an orange sweatshirt and baggy denim jeans. Her best accessory however was her darling son who came rocking a Savage bandana in support of his Mummy.
Now that the whole of London has got the merch, all that's left is to enjoy the unmissable Savage tour which promises to be an exciting event.
