On what she has noticed about the quality of Nollywood films, she said "A slight departure from the core of filmmaking, which is story telling. I have seen that of late there’s a little bit much concentration on picture quality, and less concentration on the story itself. This I would love to see worked on and come back."

On the above fact being the reason Nigerian films don’t stay long in cinemas, she said; “I would call it a war and a battle about Nigerian films and their staying span in the cinemas. We need to find a way to bring people back into believing in Nigerian films in the cinema. When people go to the cinema, they basically want an experience, they want magic, they  want be entertained, they want to shut everything out and get into that world without interference."

According to her, she has seen cinema movies with ‘slight detachment,’ and she feels that has been the case of some Nigerians who have given the Nigerian cinema movies a try.

“It’s what we as filmmakers have spoken about, and we are definitely working on changing, and making better to get people believe again in Nigerian films, and not feel that once they have seen one, they have seen all."
