Is Sandra Bullock The Highest Female Earner In Hollywood?

If not for Gravity, this screen goddess won't be probably back on top!

Sandra Bullock has received the biggest pay check in Hollywood and her movie Gravity gained her a whooping $70 million extra making her the largest earner at the moment.

Maybe she did or not know the film was going to be a smash hit but it sure went ahead to place her on the Oscar nomination list one more time after several years gone by.

According to reports, Sandra accepted just $20 million for the role but also managed to secure a 15% slice of the theatrical profits, according to Web Pro News . Gravity reportedly made about $750 million at the box office which then means, Sandy is walking home with more than $70 million!

But, surprisingly, the actress still isn’t the highest paid in Hollywood or the one with the most ridiculous paycheck in Hollywood.

Check out this list:

Mel Gibson’s $30x4 million salary for Lethal Weapon 4

Tom Hanks’ $70 million in Forrest Gump

Johnny Depp’s $66 + $116 million dollars in Pirates of the Caribbean franchise

Tom Cruise’s $21 million in Mission Impossible franchise plus The War Of The Worlds when he netted close to $100 million.

Keanu Reeves made more than $250 million from those three movies –Matrix

Is Sandra Bullock’s $70 million something to ride home about?
