The reality star took to his Instagram page, yesterday, July 21, 2016, showing his latest achievements in the weight loss journey.
Contrary to expectations that Rob would slip up without the help of his muse who has been incapacitated by her pregnancy, the 29-year-old has kept up with his weight loss target.
Rocking his custom black shirt over black pants, Rob, definitely looks to be in better shape than he was a couple of months back.
