The mother and daughter had stepped out together on Tuesday, April 3, 2016, to attend the filming of a VH1 special in New York City.
The television show called, 'Dear Mama', is reportedly set to feature famous mums and daughters coming together to mark Mother's Day in the US.
The lovely photos show Ora rocking a lovely black cutout dress with thigh high slit and her mum, Sahatciu, looking stunning in a white jumpsuit.
Ora also sang to her mum at the filming while she clutched a bouquet of pink roses.
