According to Net, Nigerian musician D'banj had incurred a court summon after he failed to repay a loan of over 60Million Naira ,which he got from a top oil and gas player Henry Ojogho in January 2013.
New evidence on court case against D'banj surfaces
New evidence shows that contrary to the denial by Dbanj, there truly is a case injunction summoning him to court.

The new evidence which show pictures of the writ of summons and other relevant documents, however, shows that the court bailiff had on December 17, 2014, posted the suit on D'banj’s residence having been satisfied that he was avoiding being served with the court notice... see full story
