Actress, Jennifer Lopez is ready to break the bank in s search for a new house. She has already listed her Hidden Hills home, which was originally listed for $17 million, but now reduced from $14.5 to $12.5 million according to TMZ.

She has restricted her search to Beverly Hills and Bel Air, and she is reported to be looking within a $20 million range.

She is also reported to have checked out an estate belonging to movie producer Frank Mancuso, Jr., whose dad ran both Paramount and MGM.

The property has been listed at a sum of $22.9 million with its nice pool and wonderful terrace.

The Mancuso property is a 14,000 square foot home on 3.5 acres in Bev Hills, behind gates with neighbours including Channing Tatum, Demi Moore and Harry Styles.

Lopez is a skillful person who has ventured into acting, writing, fashion designing and dancing.

She received her first professional acting gig in the direct-to-video drama film Lost in the Wild (1993), co-starring alongside Lindsay Wagner and Robert Loggia.
