Comedienne trades jabs with Gordons as stand up show nearly turns ugly

Helen Paul, Gordons go at each other at stand-up comedy show before AY intervenes.

Helen Paul, Gordons on stage

The stand up comedy show AY Live in Port-Harcourt on October 4 almost turned ugly as two top comedians clashed on stage.

The whole drama started when Helen Paul took the stage. In her stand-up routine she took shots at several comedians including Omo Baba, and Gordons. The veteran comedian Gordons was at the backstage listening to Helen Paul.

After she was done on set, Gordons came up on stage next. He didn’t take Helen Paul’s jokes lightly as he blasted her with his own jokes. Helen Paul couldn’t take it anymore and came from back stage to interrupt Gordons.

AY grabbed Helen Paul and carried her off stage. Gordons continued with his barbs. When it got too much, AY came on stage and tried to make him stop.
