Giuliana Rancichas confirmed former E! host Kelly Osbourne is 'a friend' despite turning down on her when she wrongfully commented on singer, Zendaya's dreadlugs at the 2015 Oscars. So, is Kelly a friend at day and a betrayer by night?

''[Kelly] and I spoke when it all first happened. She was so sweet you know.. and we were talking. She called me as a friend,'' the 'Fashion Police' star told co-hosts Billy Bush and Kit Hoover on Access Hollywood Live, April 15.

But after been reminded that Kelly told People Magazine last week that it had been ''really heartbreaking to see how [Giuliana's] behavior has transpired when she did get caught being wrong'', as well as post a cryptically tweeted: ''Liars ALWAYS get caught'' after Rancic's The Today show interview,

Giuliana replied appearing bemused: ''Yeah and then I think it just kind of... I don't know.''

The fashionista, who is married to Bill Rancic and has a son named Duke, revealed her comment about Zendaya's hair brought nothing but fear and a bad omen to her home.

''I was getting all sorts of threats against me and my family. You know, writing Duke's name in these tweets saying they were gonna kill my family and he better watch out.'' Adding: ''And, sending me pictures of the barrel of a gun. A lot of gun pictures and gang pictures. I'm like what is going on?''
