Latest reports say its not clear what exact illness landed him on a hospital bed but the situation is so bad hes been held up for days.

Chance The Rapper has been hospitalized!

TMZ reports that the popular rapper was billed to perform at a Robin Hood Charity event in New York City on Monday, May 9 but was forced to cancel due to ill health.

The organization sent emails to all guests less than 3 hours before the show; to announce Chance was hospitalized, and Mark Ronson and Joey Bada$$ would take his place.

Chance is however scheduled to release his third mixtape later this week, and just debuted a new single on the 'Tonight Show.'
