Monalisa Chinda is a year older today

Born in Port Harcourt, Monalisa Chinda is known as one of the most sought after actors in Nollywood.

 

The actress who also doubles as a television presenter is 42 years old today. She was born on September 13, 1974.

She hit the movie scene with an appearance in the 1996 movie, "Pregnant Virgin" and later returned to school and graduated in 2000, after which she ventured fully into the movie industry.

In a successful run, the Nollywood beauty has starred in excess of 100 movies, upgrading her skill set to production of movies. Some of her films include "Kiss and Tell", "Weekend Getaway" and many others.

She launched her talk show, "You and I with Monalisa" last year and it has continued to garner accolades.
