'I opened a recording studio for Ojay 10-yrs ago,' actress reveals

She also gave Ojay's brilliance in music and completion of his University education as the reason she floated a record company, which signed on her son as the first act.

Nollywood top actress, Bukky Wright has revealed why and how she encouraged her son, Ojay to do music.

In a chat with The Punch Newspaper, Bukky Wright revealed that she opened a recording studio for her son about 10-years ago when she discovered he had the talent to sing.

In her words, “I noticed my son’s talent about 10 years ago and because I believe so much in his talent, I had to open a recording studio for him. I remember telling him to make me proud by going to school first and I would do everything to support him. I have done my part and it is left for him to do his part by releasing good music.”

'I own the record label which he is signed on and I believe in putting out nothing but the best. My son’s work was literally complete but I told him to hold on a bit.
