This is one of the aftermaths of the death of a black man named Freddie Gray week after he was arrested by Baltimore Policemen. It is said he sustained severe spinal injury while being transported in a police van most likely because the policemen failed to buckle him in place while they were being transported.

The racial protests in Baltimore, Maryland, U.S.A, was supposed to be peaceful but quickly turned into violent riots on Saturday 25 April, 2015, closing down the city of Baltimore for some time. This created panic for thousands of people as just 50 miles away in Washington, President Barack Obama was at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner.
This is one of the latest cases where black people in the United States are victims of racial discrimination.
