President considers Fashola, Fayemi as Chief of Staff

Buhari, had on Tuesday, June 2, submitted a list of 15 senior advisers to the Senate for approval.

 

President Muhammadu Buhari is reportedly considering former Lagos State Governor, Babatunde Fashola to be his Chief of Staff (COS).

Also in consideration, according to Sahara Reporters (SR), is former Ekiti State Governor, Kayode Fayemi.

The disclosure was made by SR via Twitter today, June 3, 2015.

“Former Gov. @tundefashola, Former Ekiti Gov. @kfayemi and Abubakar Mamu are being considered as Chief of Staff to Pres.@MBuhari,” the network tweeted.

Vanguard had earlier reported that the President would name his COS and other senior aides today.
