President Goodluck Jonathan

The Presidency has denied reports that President Goodluck Jonathan has abandoned some of his administration’s projects due to his loss in the March 28 elections.

The clarification was made on Sunday, April 25, 2015, by Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Reuben Abati.

Abati said, via a post on Facebook, that the Jonathan administration is still working for Nigerians.

“Our projects have not been deserted as some reports give. From Lagos-Ibadan Road to Abuja-Kaduna Railways and Kashimbilla Dam, which are set for commissioning, we are still working for you,” he said.
