Ex-president says PDP will rise again

He made the comments on Thursday, April 6, at the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Stakeholders Meeting in Abuja.

He made the comments on Thursday, April 6, at the PDP Stakeholders Meeting in Abuja, Punch reports.

“We shall overcome the challenges and I can assure you that the PDP will rise again,” Jonathan said.

Those present at the meeting are Ekiti State Governor, Ayo Fayose, PDP Chairman, Ali Modu Sheriff, Ahmed Makarfi, Deputy Senate President, Ike Ekweremadu, Uche Secondus, Prof. Wale Oladipo, Dr. Cairo Ojougboh, and Chairman of the party’s Board of Trustees, Senator Walid Jibrin.
