Gov Ajimobi says APC leader is a shining star in Nigeria’s political scene

Ajimobi  prayed God to strengthen Tinubu in his continuous efforts at building a better country.

The governor, in a  statement  by his Special Adviser on Communication and Strategy, Mr  Yomi Layinka, said  Tinubu’s support for him was a motivating factor for the successes recorded by his administration in the last six years.

The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that Tinubu, a former senator and Lagos State governor,  clocked 65 on Wednesday, March 29.

“Asiwaju is a detribalised Nigerian who has traversed the length and breadth of Nigeria.

“He has kept recruiting people of like minds in seeking the emancipation of the country and the entrenchment of an egalitarian society.

“His undying love for the downtrodden, the deprived and the ordinary folks across Nigeria is widely acknowledged.

“His unflinching support for the  President Muhammadu Buhari administration has helped tremendously in the fulfilment of its electioneering promises to Nigerians,’’ he said.

Ajimobi  prayed God to strengthen Tinubu  in his continuous efforts at building a better  country.
