Tailor allegedly steals generator, gets N30,000 bail
The surety must provide evidence of one year’s tax clearance and adjourned the case until June 6 for further hearing.

The Magistrate, Mr Banji Ayeomoni, granted the accused bail in the sum of N30,000 with a surety in like sum.
Ayeomoni said the surety must provide evidence of one year’s tax clearance and adjourned the case until June 6 for further hearing.
The Prosecutor, Insp. Zedekiah Orogbemi had earlier told the court that the accused, of no fixed address, committed the offence on May 14.
Orogbemi said the accused took the generator, property of one Bose Obajulaye, around 4: 30pm, at 4, Apaluba St., Igbodigo, Okitipupa.
He said the offence was punishable under Section 390(9), Criminal Code, Cap.37, Vol.1, Laws of Ondo State, 2006.
