The wife of the President, Mrs Aisha Buhari and her children, on Thursday observed the Eid el-Kabir prayers at the An-Nur Mosque in Abuja.

The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that she was received by officials of the mosque on her arrival at about 8.25 a.m.

Others who joined her in the prayer session were Dr. Hajo Sani, the Senior Special Assistant on Administration to the wife of the president, other aides and members of her family.

He advised Nigerians to continue to contribute their quota to ensure overall national development.

It would be recalled that the president’s wife observed the Eid el-Fitri prayers at the Ansar-Ud-Deen mosque in July.
