A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja scheduled the ruling on today, Tuesday, Jan. 5.
The Economic Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) had arraigned Bello and his son, Abbah Mohammed before Justice Ahmed Mohammed on four counts of money laundering, which they allegedly collected from the former National Security Adviser (NSA).
The court ordered the Inspector General of Police, Solomon Arase, to monitor Bello, who is on a wheel chair and undergoing treatment, to be monitored in the hospital.
