Agency ransacks home of Diezani's associate, discovers vault

Report said the anti-graft agency ransacked the house, for the second time, on Tuesday, October 13.

Operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) have reportedly raided the Ikoyi home of Jide Omokore, a business associate of former Petroleum Minister, Diezani Alison-Madueke.

Omokore residence and office had been raided on October 2.

The Atlantic Energy boss is allegedly involved in several shady oil deals, running to billions of dollars  during Diezani's tenure as the Petroleum Minister.

It was gathered that the five EFCC officers who searched the house found a vault containing several documents and jewellery.
