President to present 2017 budget at 2pm today
The document will be presented before a joint session of the Senate and the House of Representatives at the NASS complex.

Buhari was initially expected to present the budget at 10am but the ceremony has been shifted to 2pm.
This was revealed by the Special Assistant to Senate President, Bukola Saraki on New Media, Bamikole Omishore.

The 2017 budget was approved by the Federal Executive Council in November.
