Buhari to visit Cameroon tomorrow, July 29

President Muhammadu Buhari is set to visit Cameroon tomorrow, July 29, 2015, for talks on how to combat terrorist sect, Boko Haram.

Buhari will meet with Cameroonian counterpart, Paul Biya to discuss the multinational war against the sect.

This was disclosed by presidential aide, Femi Adesina while speaking with journalists on Monday, July 27.

Adesina said:

“President Buhari is going to Cameroon on Wednesday. He will hold talks with President Biya on arrival on Wednesday and the issue of Boko Haram will be central in their discussion.”

“The visit is part of the consultation on the Boko Haram insurgency. He was to have gone on the visit in June but for the invitation to Germany by the G7.”

Buhari will return to Nigeria from Cameroon on Thursday, July 30.
