Residents to get Certificates of Occupancy through new Help-Desk

The Lagos state government has created a Help-Desk for residents to get their Certificates of Occupancy on time.

The Lagos state government has created a Help-Desk for residents to get their Certificates of Occupancy, that is the Titles to their landed properties, on time.

According to Nigeriarealestatehub, this was announced in a statement signed by the Public relations Office of the Bureau.

The statement revealed that this Help-Desk would also take care of uncompleted and abandoned applications.

Mr. Bode Agoro, the Permanent Secretary, Lagos Land Bureau, revealed that this exercise starts this week, while urging Lagosians to take advantage of it.
