They are a symbol of sweet romance and firmly remain as the Number one relationship goal for many many people across the world.
They first became the face of hope and the American dream, and then evolved into the darlings that the whole world will miss dearly when President Barack's tenure ends soon.

Their several PDA's and kisses [mostly without tongue, of course] have left many hopeless romantics and dreamy-eyed lovers cooing and blushing over the years.
It thus seems ideal that as they celebrate this milestone of their 24th year together, we should compile the best 24 of their sweetest PDA's and lovely pictures together.
Mr. President actually set the tone when he shared two pictures on social media to commemorate the event - one on Facebook and Twitter each.
We had a long list to pick from and we had trouble trimming the many amazing pictures down to the ones contained in the gallery above.
