How to know a marriage that is doomed before it even begins

All the behaviours that point to a marriage that may hit the rocks in the future.

The good thing, however, is that the potential failure of a marriage can be avoided. By swapping negativity for positivity, by replacing cruelty with kindness and by changing every act of non-communication to loving relations, a marriage that was doomed for failure can be redirected to everlasting togetherness.

To avoid divorce and a failed marriage though, lovers who intend to get married need to avoid the following behaviours.

1. Bad communication

When a couple’s communication stays shallow and impersonal, they will very likely encounter problems. Do you talk about things both of you care about? Do you focus on what the other ispassionate about Do you try to get to know each other deeper and better in conversations, or all conversations end up in shouting contests?

Having a lot of conversations that bring you down or leave you feeling unsettled is a good sign that your love is not made to last, and until that changes, that marriage has a higher chance of failing than staying string forever.

2. Inconsiderate of each other

Do you take your partner’s likes and dislikes into account, or do you generally just want things to go your way all the time? Love means being attentive to the other’s likes and dislikes.

Without it, one person will soon start feeling resentful. And before you know it, that bad energy flows to the other person and the relationship becomes absolutely polluted.

Think about it, do you stay in a room clouded with dust, or do you look for a way out as soon as possible?

Yeah, exactly.

3. You fight dirty

Yeah, they say fighting can be good for your relationship While that may be true to a certain extent, it is not an excuse for couples to adopt a destructive fighting style. This means yelling, screaming, not listening to, degrading and otherwise disrespecting your partner.

It is dysfunctional, and unless it is nipped in the bud, that your marriage may not last as long as you think it would.

4. Grudge keeping

Holding grudges the way a water tank holds water is very toxic for a relationship, and if you ignore that behaviour and go on to marry each other without dealing with it, your marriage may be doomed before it even begins.
