Coconut smoothie [Recipe]
Treat this drink like you would yogurt and feel free to top with your favorite fruit, nuts and seeds!
1/4 green apple
1 cup peaches, frozen
1 handful of spinach
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 lime, juiced
1/2 cup fresh blackberries
2 tbsp hemp seeds
2 tbsp hemp granola
2 tbsp almond butter
Add all smoothie ingredients to blender and combine until smooth. Add additional water if needed.
Divide smoothie into 2 bowls or save 1/2 recipe for a snack later in the day!
Divide your desired toppings over the 2 smoothie servings & enjoy!
