You must have heard "Fuel for Love" while growing up, or even owned one of the records, but the organizers made it happen for Jazz lovers as they summoned the band-The Wrinkars who made this hit song back in the80's live on stage after 37 years. The band still had their groove on as they dished out 3 hit songs to their loving fans who sang along all through the open air space at the Muri Okunola Park, V.I, Lagos.
Day 1: Orlando Julius, The Wrinkars, Majek Fashek thrill fans
It was an amazing night of throwback when the Wrinkars performed on stage after 37 years of absence
The main act for the night was the veteran Orlando Julius who came on stage and serenaded the atmosphere with his flow on the sax, and Fuji style of music.
Majek Fashek brought down the rain after a hour non-stop performance on stage as he sang his hit songs from back in the day to the cheering and happy audience. The reggae star gave a 5 star performance that saw him take off his shirt for the fans in excitement.
