7 steps to glow-up physically and mentally

According to Urban Dictionary, a glow-up is a mental, physical, and emotional transformation that can be natural or planned. Glow-up is an amazing transformation that requires a lot of work and sacrifice. The beginning of your glow-up can be very tiring but the result will always be amazing.

The art of “glowing up” is an individual process. It’s something you have to determine to do, it requires you to fall in love with yourself and learn all you need to know about yourself. It requires you to embrace all your imperfections and everything that makes you feel less of yourself.

There are lots of things you can do to glow up but here are a few things you can do to glow up physically and mentally:

  1. Eat more fruits and vegetables: Fruits and vegetables are antioxidants that help protect the skin from damage. Fruits rich in vitamin c will also help make your skin brighter and reduce acne marks. Eating more fruits and vegetables will help rejuvenate your skin.

2.Wear clothes that make you feel confident: Investing in good clothes will make you feel confident. Even if you don’t feel confident, wearing clothes you feel amazing in will help boost your confidence and reduce anxiety.

3.Start a skincare routine: Having a good skincare routine makes you look pretty and will also boost your confidence. Take time to figure out which skin care product will work for your skin.

4.Let go of toxic relationships: The goal is to be a better version of yourself. To achieve this, you must learn to let go of anything toxic especially toxic relationships. You must let of relationships that stop you from growing and becoming a better person.

5.Have a positive mindset: Let go of every negative mindset. Your mind is a powerful thing so you need to fill it with positive thoughts and a positive mindset. Practicing gratitude and meditation will help you have a mindset.

6.Take more water: Water serves as a solution for skin issues. Water helps to prevent acne. It also gives you a glowing and nourished skin. It helps your skin to flush out toxins and reduce puffiness and swelling of the face.

7.Start working out: Working out will help you look healthier. Exercise can influence both your body and your skin. Exercise helps to deliver nutrients to the skin which keeps the skin healthy. It also helps you to look fit.
