Kate Henshaw, Bovi, Segun Arinze attend premiere

On Monday, July 6, at the Old Ballroom of the Oriental Hotel in Lagos, Africa Magic’s new sitcom,

Anchored by popular stand-up comic and actor, Bovi, the event was attended by Nollywood stars like Kate Henshaw, Emem Isong, Basorge Tariah jnr., Charles Novia, Yibo Koko, Ini Edo, Funlola Aofiyebi-Raimi, Funmi Holder, Segun Arinze, Toyin Aimakhu amongst many others.

While Kiss Daniel thrilled the audience to his tracks, stand up comics Mong Kals and Don Okiemute Iruvwe, who also star in Do-Good, got the crowd laughing with rib-cracking jokes.

'Do-good' is a spin-off of a popular Nigerian drama series of the 1990s and features the exploits of the titular character, Do-good, played by Barsorge, who returns from a sojourn abroad to woo his sweetheart Emem, played by Henshaw.
