The death toll from weekend's flooding in Tbilisi, Georgia capital has risen to 19 after the discovery of more bodies in the mud and rubble displaced by the waters, said local authorities on Thursday, June 18.

However, the director of the Tbilisi zoo was also arrested for questioning on suspicion of negligence.

The authorities said that a man was killed by an escaped tiger.
